Angela’s approach to coloring hair is deeply rooted in her past career as a professional makeup artist for 10 years with Dior Beauty. Understanding color theory and how to manipulate tones in your hair to compliment your skin and enhance the shape of your haircut & face is her biggest obsession. Her signature looks are inspired by the coastal California lifestyle ranging from soft sun-kissed brunettes to beachy, lived-in blondes.As much as Angela is obsessed with coloring hair, what some don’t realize is how much she genuinely enjoys the happiness it brings. She takes pride in discovering who you are and what inspires you help discover your dream hair, and she treats every appointment as an opportunity to help you to try something new & exciting.
She formally trained as a hair color specialist at diPietro Salons & Academy. It was here that she discovered & developed her passion with incredible artists & educators. Eventually, with a simple dream to do what she loves with people she loves, she finally found her new home when she opened Maisonry— an intimate calming space for her & other like-minded creatives to collaborate and hone in on their passion for hair. She continues to seek out the best in education to continuously develop her craft & provide the best to her clients.
A proud San Francisco native, she will definitely tell you about her favorite spots to eat & drink, gladly put on some throwback music for your listening enjoyment, and nothing warms her heart more than if you ask about her fur baby Remmy.

Amy Hsueh has been a hairstylist in San Francisco for over 15 years. She is passionate about her work and takes great pride in helping her clients achieve a look that fits their lifestyle.
She trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in LA and continued her training at Dipietro Todd Salons in the bay area.
Throughout her career, Amy has developed a loyal and diverse client base who appreciate her friendly and approachable nature, as well as her ability to listen and understand their individual needs. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and believes that it is the key to her success and continuous love for her profession.Amy’s specialities include haircuts, styling for special occasions and extensions. She takes pride in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling. Her skill sets range from sharp precision shapes to soft wash and wear looks. She also loves to share her tips on styling and providing the client with products that would best compliment their hair.
With her recent move to Maisonry Salon, she is excited to share a beautiful and relaxing space with her clientele, working together with her new team to provide quality looks and incredible experiences.

Val specializes in hair cutting, with a love for straight razor and dry cutting techniques. She enjoys creating lived-in and low maintenance looks & loves texture, sleek bobs, and curls. She also specializes in men’s grooming, keratin treatments & perms.
With 13 years of hair cutting and styling experience under her belt, Val finds inspiration through fashion, music, and city life. After graduating from college at UNLV, she decided to follow her passion & attended the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, with continued training at CODE Salon in SoMA. After four years there, she ventured out on her own and has worked as an independent stylist since 2016.
Val’s clients are grateful for the safe space she provides to not only deep dive into their hair needs, but to connect on a much more meaningful level. She takes pride in the relationships she has built with each person who has sat in her chair. Outside of the salon, you can catch Val park hopping or walking the beach with her son Jones and dog Murphy.

He apprenticed at Cowboys & Angels in Union Square and completed his program at Population salon, where he's honed his craft for nine years. Andrew's goal is continuous growth, seeking education from stylists worldwide to provide top-notch service. He specializes in tailored cuts and various color styles, aiming for effortless, low-maintenance hair. Andrew strives to create a comfortable, personalized experience for each client, ensuring everyone feels at ease in his chair.
