CREDIT CARD ON FILE
At Maisonry, we require a credit card to be kept on file upon booking your appointment in support of our policies.

PAYMENT
All of our stylists collect payments independently. We accept all major credit cards; some stylists also accept cash. Please contact your stylist if you have any questions.

CANCELLATIONS, LATE RESCHEDULING, & NO SHOWS/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to make your appointment, you may cancel online up to 72 hours from the scheduled time. Within 72 hours, you must contact your stylist directly. We greatly value you and your time, and ask that you equally value the time our stylists have reserved for you in our salon. Please have the courtesy to inform us if you are unable to make your appointment with at least 72 hours of notice.

Color appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked. Haircut and Color appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, and No-shows, will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file.

LATE POLICY
Please Plan ahead for travel time and parking. We have a 15-minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time if the service can still be completed within reason. In the case that the service can no longer be provided in the time remaining after the 15-minute window has passed, this is considered a no-show and will result in 100% of the service booked charged to the credit card on file. 

REFUNDS + ADJUSTMENTS
At Maisonry, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is not completely satisfied with their hair service, please contact the original stylist directly. They will want to correct the matter and schedule a complimentary adjustment within a two-week period for, so long that it reasonably fits the criteria of an adjustment. This does not include a change from what was discussed in the original consultation. We do not offer financial refunds for our services.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS + CHILDREN
If not receiving a service themselves, we kindly ask that additional guests & children are not brought along to the appointment. Maisonry is a very close intimate space, and we want to maintain a safe & relaxing environment for all of our guests and staff.
